Our Veterinary Receptionists play a pivotal role in the success of the Vets Now clinics, using your excellent client care and administration skills to support a winning team. Not only will you be the front line contact for the pets we treat and their owners, but you will also help to coordinate the teams of Vets and Nurses to promote communication within your clinic. Most importantly your role will help us consistently raise the service standards for emergency and critical care. Let's face it - being part of a team that truly makes a difference will be remarkably fulfilling!
So if you have excellent client care, communication and administration skills, a drive to succeed and a passion for animals then why not join the Vets Now community as a Veterinary Receptionist? Veterinary experience preferred but by no means essential.
"Even though I hadn't worked in a veterinary practice before, I'm really enjoying working at Vets Now. We have a lovely team and I'm getting great experience to build on my animal care diploma."

Clinic Administrator
As a Vets Now Clinic Administrator you will be responsible for the overall administration of one of our larger clinics, providing support for the Senior Veterinary Surgeon and Senior Veterinary Nurse in their administration needs and ensuring this function is run efficiently and effectively.
Working in an Out Of Hours clinic will certainly keep you on your toes, and offers much more variety of pace and workload than many other administration roles. You will need to be a people person with excellent communication skills, who is ready to support both your clinic team and your clients, whilst also remaining on top of a broad range of office tasks.
You will also provide a link with the Dunfermline Support Office ensuring all the required paperwork is completed and returned within set timescales and that your clinic's internal and external communication is at its most effective.
So, if you are a well organised and motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and are able to work well on your own initiative then this could be the ideal role for you.
