Veterinary Nurse - Bristol Vets Now, Part time.
We are looking for an experienced vet nurse to join our team in Bristol. This exciting role will place you at the forefront of Emergency and Critical Care medicine in South West. As a vet nurse in Bristol not only will you take on responsibility for drug administration, clinical monitoring, and nursing management; but you will soon become an indispensible part of the clinical team providing reliable support to the Senior Veterinary Nurse and Veterinary Surgeon on duty by assisting in clinical procedures, anesthesia and surgery. What's more due to the nature of Emergency and Critical care you can be sure to see an interesting and varied case load. The ‘fast medicine' approach of ECC will provide you with an excellent platform to grow your clinical skills in this hands-on nursing role. You will also be given a generous CPD package and access to our revolutionary on site training programme which is headed up by our Clinical Director Amanda Boag MA VETMB DipACVIM DipACVECC FHEA MRCVS. The on site training programme covers areas such as classic cases, fluid therapy, blood transfusion and CPCR and consequently ensures that our staff have access to the best technology and excellent training and development to enable them to develop the knowledge and clinical skills to equip them to handle whatever comes through the door next.
