Recent research conducted by Vets Now has found that 9 out of 10 of our Member Practices would recommend Vets Now to another vet to provide their Out of Hours service.
Member Practices randomly selected from various locations across the UK took part in the survey which looked at levels of satisfaction with the relationship between the Member Practice and their local Vets Now clinic and also with the Vets Now Support Office.
The survey also looked at satisfaction levels with the quality of service provided and also revealed that the vast majority of Vets Now’s Member Practice vets surveyed described the level of clinical care provided by Vets Now as good or excellent.
Speaking about the research, Richard Dixon, founder of Vets Now commented; "We are delighted to have received such a high level of recommendation from our Member Practices and we will strive to maintain this level of satisfaction from our service. The quarterly surveys are part of Vets Now’s continued commitment to consulting with our Member Practices on the service we provide to understand current perceptions and levels of satisfaction and to identify any requests for future development. Vets Now is dedicated to working in partnership with our Member Practices and we will continue to conduct research and invite feedback to enable us to deliver a service which meets the profession’s ever changing needs."
